On which models can I use these Detroit Diecast Cragar S/S wheels?
Detroit Diecast's Cragar S/S wheel sets may be modified to be used on a virtually any 1/18-scale car or truck. Note that some--but not all--wheel swaps allow the wheels to roll. Because wheel mounting systems differ among manufacturers and even between the front and rear wheels.

Tools typically required include small regular and Phillips screwdrivers, an X-Acto knife, needle-nose pliers, drill bits, sandpaper and/or needle file, and--for faster work--a rotary tool such as a Dremel with cutting and grinding bits.

With a little creativity you can adapt these wheels to a variety of tires for different stances and looks or pair the slicks and front runners with rims from your parts box.

Note: Not all models will be a direct fit with this set, some modification may be required to axles or wheel hubs.

The last (3) pictures are an example of what the Cragar wheel look like on a 1:18 Diecast model.
Note: Blue '67 VW model is not included.
