Detroit Diecast's customer service goal is simple: We are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction.

You may return new, unopened items sold by Detroit Diecast within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

All claims for non-receipt of merchandise, damaged goods or merchandise shortages must be reported within 10 days. Exchanges for program items must be made within 10 days. Freight charges for returned merchandise, except due to damaged or defective goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
